Act relative to control of the production, placing on the market and use of specified chemical substances.
The Act is divided into 14 Chapters: Scope and application sphere of the Act (1); General provisions (2); Environmental Labelling (2a); Notification of chemical substances (3); Classification, packing, labelling and storage of chemical substances (4); Sale of toxic substances and products (5); Restrictions on the presence and use of chemical substances. composition of chemical products (6); Approval of chemical substances and products for special purposes (7); Internal control, information and testing duties (8); Expert Advisory Councils (9); Competent authorities (10); Decisions and appeals (11); Secrecy and confidentiality (12); Offences and penalties and entry into force (13).
