Act relative to environment charges (No. 834 of 1988).

This Act introduces a system of taxation of chemical products that require approval in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Act of 1996 relative to chemical substances and products. the chaarge shall apply to packed products of less than 1 kilogram or, if fluid substance, less than 1 liter. the charge shall be imposed on commercial producers or traders of such products.
