Act relative to financial aid for environment-related activities in Eastern European countries (No. 223 of 1991).

This Act grants powers to the Minister of the Environment to decide on the financing of projects and other activities in Eastern European countries in the field of reduction of existing pollution, protection of nature and the measures for the sustainable development. The financial aid shall be destined mainly to reinforcing the environment and energy administration and the development of environmentally friendly technology and processes.
