Act relative to the keeping of bees (No. 450 of 2006).

This Act contains rules relative to the keeping of bees for commercial purposes. The Act principally defines the regulation making powers of the Minister for Agriculture in the field of health protection of bees, pure breeding, use of poison for plants that may harm bees, and the adminstration of the Act.
