Abstract
The Act sets regulations with regard to subsidy grant for projects aimed to product development of agricultural and fishery products. It applies to commercial activities in these sectors. Entitled projects include further development or improvement of existing products and production processes in agriculture; to the development of new environmentally-friendly production methods for well-known agricultural products; to the development of new productions in agricultural land use; and to the commercialization of these activities. Maximum subsidy grant may arrive to DKK 400 000.

Entry into force notes
Date of validity of the Act shall be enforced by Order No. 936 of 1 December 1992.
Notes
The Act does not apply to Greenland nor the Faroe Islands.The Act shall be reviewed in the 1996-97 parliamentary activity.
