Abstract
The Act applies to the taxation of contents of mineral phosphorus in monosodium phosphate, monodicalciumfosfat, monocalcium phosphate, dicalcium phosphate, phosphoric acid and similar agents that can be used as food for animals (feed phosphates). Additionally, taxation shall be applied to products containing feed phosphate, which can be used as a nutrient for animals. The taxation is equivalent to 4 DKK/kg of mineral phosphorus contained in feed phosphates.

Notes
The Act does not aply to Greenland nor to the Faroe Islands.
