Abstract
The Act applies to the Danish Nature Fund (Naturfond) founded by the Minister of Environment, Villum Foundation and Aage V. Jensen Naturfond as a private operating foundation outside the public administration. It establishes the administrative functions conveyed to the Danish Nature Fund to manage contractual private cases related to the reassessment of decisions on access to environmental information.
