Abstract
The territorial waters of the Faeroe Islands shall embrace coastal waters and inland waters. The coastal waters shall comprise the areas of the sea which are delimited by straight baselines set out in article 2 of this Decree on the landward side and by a line every point of which is three nautical miles from the nearest point on those baselines on the seaward side. Baselines shall be measured from low-water marks at mean spring tide.
