Guidance on typing of salmonella-positive self-control samples.

The present document, adopted by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, provides guidance on the rules for typing of salmonella-positive self-control samples and is directed towards food businesses and laboratories. It relates to Order No. 599 of 30 May 2023. It provides guidance on the isolates should be submitted for typing; which ones should not be submitted for typing; and the information to be provided.
