Abstract
This Law sets regulations on hospital services within the Copenhagen Hospital Corporation and the Municipality of Bornholm in regards to the improvement of patient safety in health care.
It consists of 7 chapters : General Provisions (1); Beneficiaries and benefits provided (2); Thesis Planning and recording of clinical data (3); Treatment etc. for alcohol abuse (4); Hospital Emergency (4a); Treatment of substance abusers (4b); Grants Provisions (5); (repealed) (6); Entry into force and amending provisions (7).
