Abstract
This Act regulates various aspects of activities of land inspectors. The inspectors shall be subordinated to the Ministry of the Environment.
The Act consists of 11 Chapters: Scheme content (1); Application for commitment (2); Conditions for commitment and commitment period (3); Changing and transfer of undertaking (4); Grants and conditions for disbursement of grants (5); Control (6); Cancellation of commitments and repayment of grants (7); Force majeure (8); Penalties (9); Appeals (10); Entry into force (13).
