Notification No. 104 relative to the control of oysters.

Regulation made under the Act relative to quality control of fish and fish products (No. 167 of 1965). The Regulation applies to oyster fishery and breeding and the importation of oysters (para. 1). Provisions prescribe requirements with respect to hygiene in keeping of living oysters and the micobiological testing of oysters. Placing upon the market or importation of oysters require a permit of the local fishery control office respectively the Ministry of Fisheries. (8 paragraphs)
