Notification No. 22 on the control of infectious diseases in freshwater fish.

Fighting of diseases in fish shall be supervised by the Veterinary Directorate. This State organ shall establish rules for the fighting of fish diseases. Section 2 makes provision for the voluntary collaboration of owners of closed waters. Other sections make, inter alia, provision for disease fighting plans (sect. 3), transport and other handling of living and dead fish (sect. 4), fish feed (sect. 6), health certificates (sect. 9), restrictions on the sale of fish from affected waters, registration of waters (sects. 15-21), and yearly charges imposed as a contribution for fighting of diseases.
