Order No. 1012 amending Order on organic food and aquaculture.

The Order partly amends Order No. 49, in particular the digital communication for the approval and registration of food business. In the Introduction, the Order now implements articles 6 (sections 1-2) art. 7 (sect. 3) art. 13-15, 24 (sect. 2) art. 15a-b of Act No. 416 of 3 May 2011. As an addition to Chapter 4a to Order No. 49, the document lists requirements for the submission to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration of digital communication through the official “digital post” national system.
