Order No. 1019 on subsidies for municipal projects regarding watercourse restoration.

The Order sets regulations on municipal projects regarding restoring watercourses. It applies to the improvement of stream conditions in order to restore areas allocated for the passage of migrating fish, as well as to the improvement of aquatic flora and fauna in order to ensure eco-friendly watercourses. The Danish Nature Agency shall grant financial subsidy to watercourse restoring projects for the period 2012-2013. The reduction of eligible project costs will be determined based on an assessment of the nature and gravity of the infringement, as well as on an assessment of the financial loss to the European Fisheries Fund (EFF). Application for subsidy shall be submitted electronically to www.vandprojekter.dk – and specifically during the following periods: 1 November 2012 to 1st December 2012, from 15 January 2013 to 15 February 2013, from 1 April 2013 to 1 May 2013 and from 1 June 2013 to 1 August 2013.
