Abstract
This Executive Order sets out the information that Danish water companies must notify and report to the Water Sector Regulatory Authority. It requires certain companies to report annually on billed water volumes and changes affecting whether they fall within the economic regulation of the water sector. Wastewater companies must also provide information on completed climate-adaptation projects concerning roof and surface water and projects addressing groundwater close to the surface, including project dates, purpose, costs, financing, service levels and, where relevant, socio-economic benefits and expected flood-damage reductions. Reports and notifications must be submitted electronically in the prescribed format, and failure to comply may result in fines.
