Abstract
The Order sets rules with regard to the use of hazardous substances which may be of danger to the health of workers employed on offshore premises. In order to ensure the implementation of security measures which avoid such risks, a series of inspection measures shall assess the level of danger and the precautions which need to be taken. Prior to their use, substances are classified for identification. Certain rules and regulations on the handling of such substances shall be laid out and implemented. Asbestos dust and dusty asbestos-containing waste shall be treated and disposed of in adherence to the Ministry of Environment's regulations on waste.
