Order No. 1039 amending Order on payment for inspection of food, feed and livestock.

The Order partly amends Order No. 1649, in particular the Introduction whereby it replaces the implementation articles of Keeping of Livestock Act with articles 31, 53, 57 (section 2) art. 66 (sect. 4). Chapter 14a is a new addition as article 69a: The Danish Agricultural Advisory Service shall charge a fee for the issuance of identification documents (passport) necessary to equines, in accordance with article 3 of Order No. 1448 of 15 December 2009 and Art. 5.1of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 504 of 6 June 2008 implementing Council Directive 90/426/EEC and 90/427/EEC. The fee is calculated for each document in accordance and based on rates listed in Appendix 4 . Appendix 4 is now renamed Appendix 1 .
