Order No. 1041 amending Order on subsidy for maintenance and conservation of wetlands.

The Order makes amendments to Order No. 605 by adding article 27a - with regard to the reduction of annual subsidy for the maintenance of areas entitled to subsidy to 0 DKK / hectares - pursuant to the submission of applications to the Danish AgriFish Agency on 1 February 2013 or later (a); of marginal zone areas committed at the beginning of the year until the deadline for submission of application for single payment in the calendar year in which the commitment year expires (b); areas covered by subsidy grants following applications submitted to the Agency on 1 February 2013 or later; of areas for which compensation for buffer zones is sought for a commitment period coinciding with the commitment year.
