Order No. 1061 amending Order on hunting licence.

The Order partly amends Order No. 1094, in particular: the Introductions, which now reads the implementation of article 23 (section 4) art. 40 (sect. 4) art. 41 (sect. 1) art. 43 (sect. 2) art. 44 (sect. 2) art. 45 (sect. 1) art. 49 (sect. 1-3, 6) art. 52b, 52c (sect. 1, 4) art. 53, 54 (sect. 3) of Act No. 735. Article 3 regarding issuance of hunting licence based on the chief of police authorization, is now amended and adds the following point: cases related to the authorization on Funen Police, Mid and West Jutland Police District, North Western Police District, East Jutland Police, South Western Police District, Southern Police District are dealt with by the police chief in central and western Jutland Police. Cases of consent on Copenhagen police, Copenhagen West Egns Police, North Seeland Police, Mid and West Seeland Police, South Seeland and Lolland-Falster and Bornholm police police are dealt with by the chief of police in Copenhagen West Egns Police.
