Abstract
This Order ensures wastewater calculations with regard to pricing and measures based on wastewater origin (public and private properties, wastewater facilities etc.). Wastewater utility companies shall prepare and submit to local councils a payment statute in accordance with the legislation and no later than 1 December 2013.
