Abstract
This Order defines regulations for the protection of plants against the spreading of certain plant pests, in order to ensure their reproduction quality. It specifies pests to avoid and ensures that commercial companies follow authorization and registration requirement criteria for trading, labelling and packaging. Plants defined here include seeds, flowers, botanic fruits, CAC (Conformitas Agraria Communitatis) material, potatoes.
