Order No. 1183 amending Order on administrative operation of Local Action Groups pursuing the fisheries development programme for 2007-2013, and delegation of certain land district administrative powers in adherence to the fishery and aquaculture development Act.

The Order amends Order No. 307 with regard to the payment of subsidies for the administrative operation of Local Action Groups – as institution partnership between local authorities, organizations, associations, businesses and citizens – with the purpose of aiming to a local development strategy of rural land development. An Action Group ceases when its tasks in relation to the Rural Development Programme for 2007-2013 is finalized (art. 1 now inserted as art. 4 and Appendix); the local action group shall submit by 1 March evidence for the use of paid payment of the previous year to the Danish AgriFish Agency. The documentation shall be in a special form and with all supporting documents and proof of payment. Invoices shall be issued to the commitment holder for eligibility to the grant. Subsidy cannot be paid for the second quarter of the following year before documentation is received (art. 18, sect. 1).
