Abstract
The present Order, of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, is aimed at supporting and enhancing the knowledge of food businesses regarding self-control and hygiene, as well as their ability to translate this knowledge into action. Its general objective is to achieve better compliance with legislation in the field of food safety.
