Abstract
The Order enforces the illegality of shipment of waste for disposal in Denmark. When Denmark is the country of dispatch of waste, it is prohibited to ship waste for disposal in EU countries and the EFTA countries that adhere to the Basel Convention member countries (Switzerland, Norway, Island and Liechtenstein).
