Order No. 1265 on appointment and administrative expenses of water resources.

The Order's purpose is to designate water resources and to regulate its administration by identifying areas with specific drinking water resources (shown in Appendices 1-3 of this document). The location and layout of plants within municipal and local planned industrial areas, and designation of new areas for activities which may pose a risk of groundwater contamination (including disposal of contaminated soil) must be protected in areas of special drinking water interests and within sensitive areas for public water supply. Designations, including the attached maps, shall replace designated areas of drinking water, sensitive areas and priorities and guidelines in each regional planning.
