Order No. 1336 on the arrangement of machines on fixed offshore installations.

This Order applies to machines on fixed offshore installations, as defined in the Offshore Safety Act, and the regulations for their manufacture and use – with regard to the safety of their use. The Order implements certain regulations in adherence to the Offshore Safety Act. Health and safety risks associated with the use of a machine should be decreased in accordance to standards referred and published in the European Union Official Journal.
