Abstract
This Order applies to the administive functions of authorities with regard to the regulation of waterbodies. Its purpose is to ensure proper guidelines for the establishment of new watercourses, to the installation of water abstraction and dam equipment for drainage of water for watering, as well as to the construction of new watercourses, bridges, dams and the restoration of streams.
