Abstract
The Order sets regulations on approval of permits for mining at sea by extending terms and conditions thereof. Provisions of the Mineral Resources Act s article 26b sections 3- 4 shall not apply to permit for recovery equipment or cargo volume and/or to the extension of existing terms and conditions. In adherence to the Mineral Resources Act s article 20 section 1, Urban and Environmental Planning decisions may determine that the Mineral Resources Act s article 26b section 3 does not apply to the modification of terms in previously issued and that provisions of article 26b section 4 do not apply to appeal against the determination of validity for extraction permit.
