Abstract
The Order partly amends Order No. 50 with regard to the impact modification in connection with the termination of groundwater directive. The introduction is now amended to:” In accordance to article , sections 1, 2 and 4, and article 4, section 1 of Act No. 244 on Administration of the European Community regulations on the mechanisms of Common Agricultural Policy funded by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund of 28 February 2013, and article 3, No. 2-3, and article 11, section 4 of the Rural Act No. 316 of 31 March”. It adds article 8a, as follows: “Substances that can contaminate groundwater, as contained in Appendix I or II of Council Directive 80/68/EEC of 17 December 1979 on the protection of groundwater against pollution caused by certain dangerous substances (Groundwater Directive) shall not, without permission, directly or indirectly be discharged into groundwater. Section 2: Containers with substances that can contaminate ground water, and set out in Appendix I or II referred to in section 1 cannot be buried in the ground without authorization”.
