Abstract
The Order applies to the agriculture breeding of feathered animals such as pheasants, partridges, red hens, rock hens and mallards. The Order applies to the breeding of game birds with an annual production of over 100 birds and 200 eggs. Regulations on feathered zoo animals, animal parks and the like requiring authorization from Animal Protection Act are NOT applicable in this Order.
The Order consists of 5 Chapters and 3 Appendices: General provisions (1); Pheasants (2); Partridges and red hens and stone chickens (3); Mallards (4); General provisions (5).
Appendix 1 - Specific requirements for the rearing of pheasants.
Appendix 2 - Specific requirements for the breeding of partridges.
Appendix 3 - Special requirements for breeding mallards.
