Order No. 1575 on the EU CO₂ Allowance Registry and the Danish Kyoto Registry.

This Order supplements EU rules on the operation of the EU CO₂ Allowance Registry and the Danish Kyoto Registry, with the Danish Business Authority acting as national administrator. It sets out rules on digital communication through the Virk Indberet self-service system, documentation and translation requirements, collection and retention of information, annual account fees, opening and transferring compliance and voluntary accounts, appointment and removal of account representatives, assistance with transactions, suspension of access, security obligations and reporting of compromised data. It also regulates appeals to the Energy Board of Appeal, penalties for non-compliance, and the annual fee rates for different account types in Annex 1.
