Abstract
This Order sets guidelines with regard to the issuance of health advisory agreements to be concluded between the responsible party of a herd and the herd veterinarian. Its purpose is to ensure that mandatory health advisory agreements are being issued with regard to animal health and to the adherence to required specifications in their production and to the national limits for mortality in calves and cows. The diagnosis of a disease that occurs regularly in the herd, which is characterized by the specific symptoms described by the veterinarian shall systematically be documented and documented process by which the herd veterinarian examines these specifications shall include risk animals in milk and non-milk production, cows and calves.
The Order consists of 5 Chapters and 7 Appendices: Scope and definitions (1); Conclusion and termination of agreement (2); Basic agreement (3); Elective modules (4); Penalties and entry into force (5).
