Abstract
The Danish Accreditation and Meteorology Fund (DANAK) is a service company governed by the Danish Energy Agency. The purpose of this Order is to ensure that the Danish Energy Agency delegates DANAK the evaluation of technical assessments, and that - based on DANAK's recommendation - the Danish Energy Authority shall decide whether applicants may be appointed as a technical assessment bodies in Denmark.
The Order consists of 7 Chapters: Order's area (1); Notifying authorities and notified bodies (2); Identification, monitoring and evaluation of technical assessment bodies (3); Coordination of technical assessment bodies (4); Payment, application, monitoring and evaluation of technical assessment bodies (5); Administrative provisions (6); Entry into force and transitional provisions (7).
