Abstract
This Order regulates the granting of funds by the The Danish Fisheries Agency for projects concerning data collection in the fisheries and aquaculture sector, as a means of complying with Article 25 of Regulation (EU) No. 2013/1380 on the Common Fisheries Policy. Funds may be granted for the collection, management, use and processing of biological, environmental, technical, and socio-economic data. Funded activities shall contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Common Fisheries Policy on the promotion of reliable data for knowledge-based decision-making. The Order contains 25 Sections and regulate all aspects of the granting of funds, including their administration, application, decision-making, requirements, payment, and other procedural matters.
