Abstract
The Danish AgriFish Agency may grant financial support for projects involving investments for the establishment, expansion and modernization of aquaculture micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, defined in accordance with the Commission Recommendation (EC) No. 361/2003 of 6 May 2003 concerning the definition of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. Application for subsidy shall be submitted to the Danish AgriFish Agency from 15 March and latest 1 May of the application year. Enterprises which already applied for a subsidy may apply again, however at conditions that the project has not commenced before 16 June 2009, and that the project involves construction eligible for subsidy. The subsidies shall be granted only to enterprises with less than 750 employees and with a turnover of no more than 200 mil euros.
