Order No. 250 on payment for regulatory processing by the Danish Energy Agency.

This Executive Order establishes the fees payable to the Danish Energy Agency for regulatory processing, supervision and related administrative activities across the electricity, renewable energy, gas, oil preparedness, energy-security, offshore, subsurface, CO₂ transport, emissions-trading and environmental fields. It provides for both activity-based fees, calculated from direct and indirect administrative costs, and fixed or rate-based charges for specified operators and applications, including energy companies, oil-stockholding entities, emissions operators, maritime and aviation fuel actors, CBAM declarants, methane operators and applicants for exploration or extraction permits. It also regulates invoicing, payment deadlines, interest on late payments and the absence of administrative appeal.
