Order No. 308 on the special fund for plant-based foods.

The present Government Order, issued by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, implements several provisions of the Act on the special fund for plant-based foods. The Order contains 43 Articles divided into the following chapters: 1. Scope of application; 2. The Fund's Board; 3. Application requirements; 4. Support options; 5. Payment, accounting and auditing; 6. Inspection; 7. Entry into force.
Support options include for development and research activities; knowledge exchange and information actions; advising activities; promotion measures; participation in quality schemes; and networking. Grants may be given to research and knowledge dissemination institutions and companies, including the following: 1) owners, lessees and users of agricultural businesses and aquaculture facilities; 2) private companies, trade associations and the like; 3) associations; 4) independent institutions; and 5) public and private research institutions.
