Abstract
The Order sets regulations on the granting of subsidies with the purpose of contributing to the sustainable development of fishery areas. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall allocate funding for projects aiming to the implementation of the development in the fisheries sector by local action groups. These Local Action Groups are institutions that have administrative powers for the development of fisheries and aquaculture, in agreement with the Minister of City, Residential and Rural Areas and the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries.
