Abstract
The present Order, adopted by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, lais down rules on cocoa, chocolate, and cocoa products, as defined in Annex I. The Order contains provisions regulating the composition and manufacture, as well as product names and labelling for cocoa, chocolate, and cocoa products.
