Abstract
This Order enforces the repealing of Order No. 87 dated 30 January 2013 on penal provisions for violation of timing, administration of auctioning of greenhouse gas emissions, as well as for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the EU Community in adherence to EU regulations.
