Abstract
This Order partly amends Order No. 260 with regards to the application for subsidy, which now shall be submitted no later than 14 May 2014 (art. 4). Non-eligible subsidy (art. 15, section 10) applies to expenses in accordance to article 55 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1198/2006 on the European Fisheries Fund (EFF). Request for final disboursement of subsidy shall be received by the Danish AgriFish Agency no later than 1 August 2015.
