The present Order, of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, lays down rules on permits for fishing mussels, oysters, and combinations thereof, including transferable vessel permit shares. It is only allowed to fish, possess, and land mussels, oysters, and combinations thereof if the Danish Fisheries Agency has granted an authorization for it. An authorization for fishing mussels, oysters, and combinations thereof is issued to a specific vessel for a specified period according to the rules applicable to the specific fishery. The Danish Fisheries Agency may establish specific conditions for the utilization of the authorization in the rules and permits for each fishery. Specific conditions are included to fisheries in the Limfjord area.
