Order No. 49 amending Order on subsidy for the conversion to organic farming.

This Order amends Order No. 94 with regard to the review clause of Article 46 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1974/2006 of 15 December 2006 on the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). Also, subsidy grants shall cease for areas within the years of commitment in adherence to article 21b, section 1 of the Environmental Protection Act and in effect from the beginning of the commitment year. If an agreement includes areas covered by art. 32a, cancellation for grants may not be authorized if forfeiture is the result of a review clause.
