Order No. 523 amending Order on importing plants and plant products.

The Order partly amends Order No. 1301, in particular replacing Appendix 3 with newly entitled Appendix 1, as well as the Order’s Footnote, which lists the implementation of EU decisions on measures to prevent the introduction and spread within the EU of harmful organisms from certain fruits and vegetables. The Footnote now adds the implementation of the Commission Decision 2014/237/EU.
Appendix 1 – Plants which cannot be imported if originating in the listed countries or areas.
