Abstract
This Order partially amends Order No. 591 with regard to the implementation of article 46 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1974/2006 of 15 December 2006 on the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) with what concerns the review clause defined in the document. Also, approval for granting subsidies under article 21b, section 1 of the Environment Protection Act shall cease with effect on the beginning of the commitment if the forfeiture is the result of a review clause.
