Abstract
This Order partly amends Order No. 80. It implements the review clause in adherence to article 46 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1974/2006 of 15 December 2006 on the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). The land covered by article 26a may be subject to cancellation of subsidy commitments and not authorized to forfeiture as a result of a review clause.
