The Agency may issue rules on cessation of fishing and changing conditions as mentioned in Appendix 6 of the then-applicable regulations governing the fisheries regulations in 2014-2020. Authorized minimum size of mussels is of 5 cm., it is not permitted to fish in Limfjord coordinates listed under articles 13 and 21, and from Thursday in week 27 to Wednesday of week 36, and on Sundays.
When fishing in Natura2000 sites (internationally protected areas) in the fjord, a light clam dredge/scraper must be used and cannot exceed the frame weight of 50 kg, the length of 1.8 meters nor the width of 1.5 meters.
