Abstract
The Order's purpose is to establish rules for manufactueres, authorized representatives, importers and distributors when trading products. These must meet criteria concerning standards in construction and energy supply - by being monitored and authorized by the Danish Energy Agency for compliance. Products traded in Denmark prior to 1 July 2013, are subject to provisions laid by Order No. 1075 of 10 November 2008. Products traded prior to 1 July 2013 and in accordance with Directive 89/106/EEC are considered to be in accordance with the Construction Products Regulation, pursuant to the Construction Products Regulation Article 66.
The Order consists of 5 Chapters and 1 Appendix: Scope and definitions (1); Marketing and trading (2); Market control (3); Administrative provisions (4); Entry into force and transitional provisions (5).
Appendix 1 - Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC Text with EEA relevance.
