Order No. 76 on the vocational education and training programme for dairy operators.

This Executive Order regulates Denmark’s vocational education and training programme for dairy operators. It prepares students to manage, carry out and optimise dairy-production processes from the receipt of raw materials to the completion of quality-assured products, while contributing to production, quality and sustainability objectives. It sets the programme’s duration for young and adult learners, admission requirements, required competencies and certificates, recognition of prior learning, the final journeyman’s examination and the conditions for issuing school and trade certificates. The Order and includes transitional arrangements for students who began their training under the previous rules.
